UAB Pediatric Gynecology is dedicated to providing compassionate care for girls of all ages. Our services include:

• Contraceptive counseling options and education regarding-oral, transdermal, subcutaneous, injectable contraception and intrauterine devices.
• Comprehensive sexually transmitted disease education and confidental testing.
• Screening PAP smear and HPV (human papilloma virus) testing for cervical cancer.
• Colposcopy and biospy for abnormal pap smears.
• Evaluation and medical management of irregular menstrual cycle.
• Evaluation and management (both conservative and surgical) of benign disorders of the genital tract and ovaries
