At UAB, we pride ourselves on providing not only the best medical care available, but the best education for our patients and their families. Having a baby is an exciting time, but can come with anxiety when new moms are faced with the many tasks of caring for baby. We ease that worry by providing education classes with topics ranging from the third trimester of pregnancy to breastfeeding to caring for multiples. We also provide group meetings for new parents to ask questions and share their experience and advice with other moms and dads.
